Must be able to bend, twist, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Lake Martin Recreation Area Manager. Responsible for the business, administrative, fiscal and recreational operations of the recreation site located in Dadeville, Al. - Assigns and reviews work assignments, prepares work schedules, review and approve leave requests, initiates personnel actions ensuring all are free from discrimination based on race, age, sex, color, religion, national origin or any other non-merit factors, and resolves informal/formal complaints. -Trains, orients, and/or arranges training by appropriate agencies for all subordinates commensurate with job requirements and needs of the employee. - Orders parts and maintains inventory levels sufficient to maintain equipment. Maintains a safe working area in which to repair all water-based equipment. - Records receipt of sales and prepares daily activity reports, bank deposits, and supporting documentation and turns them into the Non-Appropriated Funds Accounting Office. - . Ensures safety guideline orientations are provided for specific activities, such as boat and water safety, lAW Air Force, county, state, and national directives, policies, and laws. Experience:
General business practice related to management planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating recreational programs. Requires significant technical and administrative ability necessary to plan, direct, and implement various programs. Must possess knowledge of outdoor recreational operations and services, along with the various other activities. Requires continuing ability to deal effectively with all individuals. Knowledge of Air Force, DoD, and Air Education and Training Command policies, procedures is desired. Experience must demonstrate budgetary knowledge sufficient to analyze financial trends and advanced planning. Position of trust. Must satisfactorily complete a local file check and a Tier I Level background check. Must possess a current American Red Cross Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and basic first aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
