Responsibilities:
shall include but is not limited to the following:
Supervision of personnel and payroll processes Supervision of maintenance, housekeeping, and food services Oversight of campus fiscal processes Ensuring that all physical facilities are maintained in order to meet and surpass state regulatory standards Participation in development of systematic processes in staff training, inter-departmental communication and team work, performance appraisal, policy development, and safety awareness Attendance at selected and approved training conferences related to job duties Promotion of the school with community-based resources Other duties deemed necessary by Regional Director to ensure quality of service delivery for students Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Developmental Disabilities, or related fields; ability to work with people in team setting; demonstrated organizational skills; good driving record preferred Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards
