Coordination of all in-service, pre-employment, and on-going staff development training including organization and implementation of supervisory and safety training, preparation of audio/visual equipment necessary for training equipment, and organization and maintenance of training materials Analysis of training efficacy and working with department supervisors to determine training needs, facilitating accomplishment of staff objectives, and on-going needs assessment for training Arrangement of training by outside speakers and external training events around the state and presentation of information related to TLT training at professional events (as needed) Participation in direct training of staff in areas identified by needs assessment, working with department supervisors in organization of specific training sessions, organization and maintenance of staff training documentation Preparation of alternative models of training to propose to supervisory team for adoption Other training needs that may arise as identified by supervisory team to further promote the safety and well-being of the individuals served by TLT.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Skills in organization and time management, basic computer knowledge (Windows Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams Zoom ) preferred Experience presenting materials to small and larger groups a bonus! Good driving record preferred
